Garlic-Lemon-Herb Grilled Oysters
🦪 Perfect Pairing: House of Henkel Gretchen Sauvignon Blanc
Ingredients:
- 12 fresh oysters, shucked (on the half shell)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- Zest of 1 lemon + 2 tsp juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
- Sea salt & cracked pepper
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Method:
- In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, lemon zest & juice, parsley, chives, salt, and pepper.
- Heat grill to medium-high.
- Place oysters on the grill, cup side down, and spoon in butter mixture.
- Cover and grill 4–5 mins until oysters plump and butter sizzles.
