Herb Butter Turkey and Citrus Glaze (House of Henkel Thanksgiving Table)

Ingredients:
- 1 whole turkey (12–14 lbs)
- ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)

2 tbsp olive oil
- Zest of 1 lemon and 1 orange

2 tbsp fresh rosemary, thyme, and sage (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Mix butter, herbs, and citrus zest.

Gently lift turkey skin and spread butter underneath. Rub olive oil and remaining butter on top.

Roast at 325°F until internal temperature reaches 165°F (about 3 hrs).

Brush with orange juice glaze during the last 30 minutes for shine and flavor.
