Honey-Glazed Ham & Roasted Sweet Potatoes (House of Henkel Thanksgiving Table)

Ingredients:

  • 1 fully cooked spiral-cut ham (8–10 lbs)
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 4-5 medium sweet potatoes, cubes
  • Olive oil, salt, and cinnamon

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine honey, sugar, mustard, and cloves; brush over ham. Bake 1½ hrs, basting every 20 minutes.
  3. Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil and cinnamon, roast 35–40 minutes.
  4. Serve together — the wine’s acidity cuts through the sweetness perfectly.
