Brie Bites with Cranberry Glaze (House of Henkel Thanksgiving Table)

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 small wheel of brie (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce or cranberry preserves
  • 1 egg (beaten for egg wash)
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional garnish)

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut puff pastry into 2-inch squares and place in mini muffin tins.
  3. Add one cube of brie and a small spoonful of cranberry sauce to each.
  4. Brush edges with egg wash and bake 15–18 minutes until golden.
  5. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve warm.
