Roasted Vegetables & Cranberry Chutney (House of Henkel Thanksgiving Table)

Flavor Harmony: The Pintotage's soft red fruit and spice complenent the caramelized vegetables and tart cranberry tones.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups each: carrots, parsnips, and Brussels sprouts (cut to uniform size)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry chutney or relish

 

Instructions:

  1. Toss vegetables with oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Roast at 400°F for 25–30 minutes until golden.
  3. Serve with a spoonful of cranberry chutney and a glass of Pinotage.
