Roasted Vegetables & Cranberry Chutney (House of Henkel Thanksgiving Table)

Flavor Harmony: The Pintotage's soft red fruit and spice complenent the caramelized vegetables and tart cranberry tones.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups each: carrots, parsnips, and Brussels sprouts (cut to uniform size)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup cranberry chutney or relish
Instructions:
- Toss vegetables with oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Roast at 400°F for 25–30 minutes until golden.
- Serve with a spoonful of cranberry chutney and a glass of Pinotage.
